Buying Recycled
Worldwide projections of 89+ million more people to house and feed every year in the future, means demands for resources and materials will continue to accelerate, with corresponding scarcity and price increases.
By recycling waste materials, new resources do not have to be mined and existing resources will last longer. When materials are recycled, they are processed and used as feedstock for manufacturing new products.
In order to complete the cycle, products made of recycled materials must be purchased. As more recycled content products are purchased, the demand for recycled material will increase and the price for the materials will decrease. In order to ensure that recycled-content products continue to be produced, support Recycled Content Product Suppliers .
