Open on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. during Pacific Daylight Savings Time (from the first weekend in March to the first weekend in November) and from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during Pacific Standard Time (from the first weekend in November to the first weekend in March). It is also closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. There are no tipping fees at this facility, which accommodates local residents only. Open on Thursdays and Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during Pacific Daylight Savings Time (from the first weekend in March to the first weekend in November) and from 11:00 a..m. to 5:00 p.m. during Pacific Standard Time (from the first weekend in November to the first weekend in March). It is also closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
